Exclusively available to Disneyland Pass and Annual Passholders, the second “Pop Up Surprises” character meet and greet, will allow passholders to meet the Ann or Elsa (Frozen) and Marie or Toulouse (The Aristocats) from January 12th until February 4th, 2024!
Elsa & Marie Meet and Greet at Disneyland Paris
As we prepare for the opening of the Frozen Land passholders can step into a winter wonderland and embark on an enchanting journey to meet the iconic Elsa from Frozen! The magical experience allows guests to immerse yourself in the fairy tale world, where dreams come true and where Elsa’s ice powers create an atmosphere of pure magic.
Guests will not only meet Elsa at the new Pop-Up Surprise at Disneyland Paris, but will also embark on a purr-fectly delightful adventure with Marie from the Aristocats! Join this sophisticated feline for an exclusive meet and greet that promises elegance and a touch of Parisian flair. Guests of all ages will be whiskered away to the jazzy streets of Paris as they share moments with Marie, whose grace and wit are as endearing as her iconic pink bow!
Meet and Greet Details
These “Pop Up Surprises” are a new benefit to the Disneyland Pass, with Disneyland Paris confirming they will occur a few times a year and give Passholders the chance to meet rare characters or purchase limited edition merchandise.

- Located at the Pop-Up Surprise Lounge (formally Annual Pass Office)
- Free online booking via the Passholder Portal
- Ability to bring 3 other passholders with your booking
- Only Passholders can visit, no passholders guests
Elsa and Marie will be welcoming guests at the old Annual Pass office, located within Disneyland Park. Passholders will meet 2 characters during their allocated time slot.
It is important to remember Passholders will need both an advanced registration for the park, and a meet and greet booking confirmation. You can make a booking via the Annual Pass portal.
Non-Passholders
Unfortunately, without an Annual Pass (or Disneyland Pass) you won’t be able to meet Elsa or Marie. However, you’ll still be able to meet many characters around the park including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Chip & Dale and many more!

Disneyland Pass: The New Disneyland Paris Annual Pass
After months of waiting, Disneyland Paris Annual Pass holders have finally been able to see the brand new range of Digital Annual Passes at Disneyland Paris, and its called the “Disneyland Pass“. As the Disneyland Pass level and price increases so do the number of available dates you have to enter the park along with an increase in benefits.
