For fans of French gastronomy, Disneyland Paris will open a new 500-seat brasserie called Rosalie in 2023. The restaurant will offer classic French bistro cuisine made with regional and seasonal ingredients. Rosalie is the first part of a major redevelopment of Disney Village announced on March 21, 2022 for the resort’s 30th anniversary.
The brasserie is located in the previous Café Mickey location, at the end of the Disney Village, opposite Earl of Sandwich. With a stylish, modern design across two floors inspired by Parisian brasseries, Rosalie promises to celebrate the French art of living and dining.
The restaurant offers both table service and counter service. At the counter, customers can purchase a variety of French bakery items to go, such as viennoiseries, pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
