  • Good morning, when you renewed you pass was this via the renewal code and did this mean you got proper passes posted directly to you or you had to exchange from temporary passes when at the Parks? I spoke to the AP line today as I didn’t get a code but they said even if I had it would still be the case that I had to exchange for ‘proper’ passes at the parks within 60 days (as I will have to do if I do it over the phone) so interested in your experience, but understand things may have changed. If you did have to go to the ticket counters at the studios to renew/swap to proper passes any tips to avoid spending too much time queueing so we are not travelling all the way there to queue but not for an attraction!? Many Thanks Rebecca

    • Hi

We were at the parks when we renewed, and did it at the Ticket Office. However, on previous occasions we have renewed over the phone.

As new sales are not being processed at the moment, we were the only people in the Annual Pass line on two occasions within the week. However, please be aware that the Annual Pass ticket office usually opens around 12 noon until 5pm.
