First look at the upcoming menu for “La Table de Lumière” opening with the Disneyland® Hotel on January 25th, 2024! The La Table de Lumière restaurant will feature a sophisticated menu featuring high-quality, skilfully prepared French ingredients.
At Table de Lumière, guests are invited to enjoy their regal meal in the company of Three Royal Disney Couples including Belle and her Prince (Beauty and the Beast), Aurora and Philip (Sleeping Beauty) or Tiana and Naveen (Princess and the Frog) in all-new exclusive regalia to meet and exchange in a grand setting for an interactive and unforgettable experience.

The 3 course Royal Menu (€120) will provide guests with the following options
Starters
- VEGAN Seasonal vegetable medley, Puy green lentils with Espelette chilli peppers Orléans
- Mushroom velouté, peppered Isigny cream, sourdough bread croutons and toasted hazelnut chips
- Freshly cooked langoustines, shellfish coulis, cauliflower purée and lemon caviar
- European lobster with white cabbage remoulade
- Red Label Œufs de Loué fried egg, potatoes, baby spinach and Comté AOP cream
Main Course
- VEGAN Quinoa with broad beans and morels, red pepper sauce and pomegranate seeds
- Seared fillet of sole, yoghurt and saffron emulsion,Mediterranean vegetable leaf and creamy celery sauce
- Seared sea bass, fennel compote with black truffle and rocket coulis
- Roast Montbéliarde beef, potato ribbons, sweet onion cream and Merlot jus
- Quercy farm herb-crusted roast lamb, artichoke ravioli and black truffle milk foam
- Farm chicken cooked two ways and confit potato, herby roast chicken breast and poached chicken leg with supreme sauce

- Faisselle cheese with fresh herbs and pink shallots, crunchy tuile and pumpkin oil
- (VEGAN) Coconut aloe vera emulsion, fresh mango, mango granita and chocolate puffed rice
- Enchanted Ball Cake:

At La Table de Lumière, guests will enjoy table service dinner in a space paying homage to the Beauty and the Beast ballroom scene, which itself was inspired by the Hall of Mirrors in Versailles Castle. Elegant mirrors and crystal add sparkle to an elegant atmosphere finished off with distinguished tableware including rose-emblazoned china and thorn-themed napkin rings.
