A new email has been sent to Disneyland Paris Annual Pass Holders after issues with the Annual Pass Website and Database. These issues have resulted in reservations and Privilege tickets booked on the 1st June being automatically cancelled.
Dear Annual Pass Member
A large number of you have tried to log in to book your Privilege Tickets on Tuesday 1st June, unfortunately our website faced some technical difficulties that could have resulted in automatic cancellations of reservations of erroneous information.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We would like to assure you that we have taken into consideration all the fixes necessary on Tuesday, June 1st, including the closure of the Annual Pass website.
Unfortunately, we have to cancel all reservations made on Tuesday, June 1st. No Privilege Ticket will be deducted from your remaining quotes on June 1st. You will benefit from a priority access to make new reservations on Wednesday the 9th of June, and the new website url will be communicated to you in advance.
Due to dysfunctions encounters, we are going to change your Annual Pass number and you will receive your new number by email in the coming days. This will allow you to book you Privilege Tickets as usual.
At the same time, we’ll also proceed to the automatic transfer of all your current reservations (booked park visits, annual pass room nights, etc.).
From the 17th June and on your next visit to Disneyland Paris, you will be able to come and pick up your new Annual Pass membership card at the counters located at the Walt Disney Studios Park entrance. To collect your new car, please bring along this email and your current Annual Pass card.
Thank you for your understanding and we remain at your disposal via the Annual Pass phone line to answer any additional Questions
