After nearly a year of renovations, BRASSERIE Rosalie officially opened its doors on December 8, gracing the Disney Village promenade with its presence. Boasting two terraces offering panoramic views of Disney Lake, this elegant establishment seats 348 guests and features an outdoor counter. Rosalie redefines the French brasserie experience, combining a contemporary flair with a welcoming atmosphere suitable for both refined and family-friendly dining.
This French brasserie introduces a fresh dining concept inspired by the timeless delights of traditional French cuisine, marking the initial phase of Disney Village’s transformative journey towards enhanced guest experiences.
As an added bonus, Disneyland Pass or Disneyland Paris Annual Pass holders will also receive 10% discount at Brasserie Rosalie

Operating from 8:30 a.m. for breakfast until late evening, Rosalie caters to French gastronomy enthusiasts. From classic Burgundy snails to onion soup au gratin, avocado-shrimp cocktails, and an array of oysters and seafood, the menu promises a culinary adventure. Specialties include the creamy lobster pot pie, braised beef fondant, Rosalie sauerkraut, old-fashioned veal blanquette, and mussels with Chablis and Isigny cream. For those on the go, an adjacent outdoor counter offers sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, and French pastries to savor while exploring Disney Village.
A Blend of Tradition and Modernity
Conceived and operated by the Bertrand Group in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering, Rosalie stands as a two-storey culinary haven. The interior exudes the charm of traditional brasseries with a contemporary touch—adorned with paintings, large mirrors, and handmade murals, creating a bright and comfortable ambiance. An exclusive motorized chandelier, crafted by Parisian studio AC3, adds a captivating visual spectacle with its mobile lights and color changes, welcoming visitors to the restaurant.

Outside, BRASSERIE Rosalie captivates with its natural-toned textures, seamlessly blending wood, brick, and metal. This combination creates a warm, dynamic atmosphere, providing a sneak peek into Disney Village’s new visual identity, set to unveil redesigned facades in 2024. Extensive renovations in the vicinity of the restaurant include enhanced floors, greenery, and lighting, further enhancing the overall guest experience.
