Last night was the premiere of Avengers: Power The Night at Disneyland Paris. The brand-new nighttime show will light up the sky every night at Walt Disney Studios Park, and takes the use of drones at Disneyland Paris to the next level, with multiple colours, motions, designs, patterns and more!
Avengers: Power the Night drone show is planned to run until May 8th, 2023.
Avengers: Power The Night
The Avengers: Power The Night drone show has a run time of around 8 minutes, and even features an iconic MARVEL style after credit scene featuring Spider-Man and projections shown around the Production Courtyard.
The show starts with F.R.I.D.A.Y. thanking the recruits for their heroic efforts, and lets us know that the best way to become a hero is to learn from another hero, and launches the special protocol, Avengers: Power the Night. We are then introduced to a number of scenes, created through a combination of projections, drones and music.
Dr Strange
First we see Dr Strange projected on the Hollywood Tower, whilst the drones give the appearance of him opening an Inter-Dimensional Portal.
Hulk
The Hulk smashes onto the tower, perfectly timed with firework to emphasise his superhero landing
Captain America
This was one of our favourite scenes of the complete show. As Captain America is projected on the tower, he throws his shield over Avengers Campus. As his shield leaves the projections the drones take over to perfectly capture the motion. The shield then rotates to give the guests the iconic view!
Loki
We are then in the presence of greatness as Loki transports us through the galaxy.
Thor
With flashes of light and the sound of thunder, Thor takes over the projections and calls for Mjölnir.
Black Widow and Hawkeye
The next scenes see one of our favourite partnerships Black Widow and Hawkeye take over. Within this scene we see perfectly timed fireworks as they fire weapons over the skyline of the Walt Disney Studios.
Groot & Rocket Raccoon
Another popular scene within the show sees Groot take over and start a Guardians style dance party! As Rocket and Groot start the music, the drones create a music visualizer. We then get some quick scenes of the Guardians of the Galaxy and the scene ends with Groot growing with spreading his branches around the tower.
Falcon, Wong (Sorcerer Supreme)
The next short sequence see’s Wong and Falcon take over the projections
Wanda Maximoff, Scarlett Witch
We are then treated to a short sequence of Wanda Maximoff.
Black Panther
Black Panther reminds all guests to look after one and another, as if we are all one single tribe.
Vision
This section of the showcases the projection mapping and lighting effects of the show!
Ant-Man
One of the shortest sequences within the show see Ant-Man use his powers to become larger than the Hollywood Tower!
Shang Chi
For the first time ever Shang Chi is represented at Disneyland Paris. This amazing section sees the Disney drones create the 10 rings over Avengers Campus.
Tony Stark, Iron Man
The sequence sees Tony Stark take center stage, before he is transported inside his Iron Man suit and takes to the skies. Guests are also treated to fireworks sync to his power blasters.
Captain Marvel
As the drones give the effect of Captain Marvel landing in the Campus, we see Captain Marvel appear on the Hollywood Tower.
End Sequence
As the Avengers Assemble on the Tower, we get one of the most amazing Drone sequences to create the portrait of Nick Fury!

The portrait of Nick Fury then merges into Avengers Logo, we get a quick recap and colourful display
F.R.I.D.A.Y.
To finish the show F.R.I.D.A.Y. thanks guests once again for training today.

Spiderman
In true MARVEL style, the show features an ‘after credit’ scene. This was our favourite sequence of the complete show. The drones created the perfect image of Spiderman swinging from the Hollywood Tower.
