Disneyland Paris will be undertaking a massive expansion over the next few years. As Avengers Campus enters its final construction phase and opens this summer, Disneyland Paris has shared more news on the Frozen themed land which will immerse Guests in the Kingdom of Arendelle with its own iconic ice mountain! Located within the Walt Disney Studios Park guests will see Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and their friends welcome them into their very own Frozen themed world.
Construction has started recently on the Frozen-themed area, with “the project calling upon the talents of people from hundreds of diverse professions, spanning Walt Disney Imagineering teams in Paris and across the world.”
One of the most exciting part of this update is the information on Elsa’s Ice Castle. This massive structure will sit on the top of a 131 foot (40m) snow covered mountain and next to the 3-hectare lake. The land will include a Frozen Themed attraction, village and a restaurant serving Nordic style dishes.
